Marcus Luckett leads Second Things.

Second Things works alongside organisations on complex leadership and organisational challenges,  particularly where clarity, alignment, and careful decision-making are required.

With a background in organisational learning, strategic development, and governance-led contexts, Marcus brings a structured and facilitative approach grounded in both lived experience and research.

He currently serves in a senior organisational leadership role, giving him direct experience of the complexity, constraint, and consequence he supports others to navigate.

Second Things is built on the belief that progress often depends on creating the right pause, a considered space in which decisions, relationships, and direction can be shaped with care.
